Территория очень красивая. Персонал приветливый. Сам номер просторный , кровать подушки- хорошо. В душевой кабине лейки нет, только потолочный душ. Еду в ресторане несут очень и очень долго. Мы ждали клаб сендвич около получаса. Света не было одним вечером , не долго, но было уже очень темно и непонятно к кому обращаться ,так как рецепшн в 18:00 уже закрыт. Брали напрокат велосипеды начиная со 2 октября 15:00 и отдали 4 октября 12:00- тоесть это ровно двое суток. Даже Меньше. Сутки стоит 150 рупий за велосипед. Два велосипеда -600 рупий. Но нам посчитали 700 , взяв по 200 рупий за пол дня ,якобы сделали еще скидку в 200 рупий. Не стала спорить, видимо пол дня считают как сутки. Но если вам принципиально и вы берете на большее количество дней ,лучше обсудите на берегу. Разрешают воспользоваться душем , который находится у бассейна. Так как чек аут в 10, а до парома еще можно успеть съездить на пляж. Такси до порта -200 рупий.

הבריכה נהדרת. הצוות נחמד מאד.

בחדר ובמסעדה כסאות לא נוחים לישיבה. הבישול לא כל כך טוב (אפילו בחביתות...). מרגיז שצריך לשלם על מים בארוחת ערב. האינטרנט לא טוב.

Veel groter dan verwacht. Wij kregen een kamer upgrade wat erg aangenaam was. Het is een goed hotel.

Het klantencontact en de service was erg oppervlakkig. Bedden waren hard en vooral statisch.

"Paradiesgarten zum ausspannen und entspannt schlafen"

Sehr schöne Lage mit einem wundervollen Garten der in den Regenwald den Hang hoch über geht. Zimmer waren gut und alles sehr ordentlich

Das Internet in unseren Zimmern war leider ein wenig instabil. Wegen der vielen Takeaways machte es leider keinen Sinn ein Frühstück für 300/pP zu genießen.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang war überwältigend, sogar individuelle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Alle Strände gut per Rad vom Hotel aus erreichbar.

Das Bedienpersonal während des Frühstückes wirkte wenig ambitioniert, gelangweilt und genervt. Das Gehege der Schildkröten lässt den Tieren kaum Raum für Bewegung.

"9 Tage La Digue im wunderschönen Hotel Château St Cloud"

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Fuß der Berge. Die Gebäude des Hotels sind angeordnet um einen wunderschönen tropischen Garten mit tollen Palmen und blühenden Sträuchern. Unser sehr geräumiges Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und das Restaurant. Die Klimaanlage und der Ventilator haben sehr gut funktioniert. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben 9 Nächte im Château St Cloud übernachtet und es ist uns während dieser Zeit ans Herz gewachsen. Die vom Hotel mietbaren Fahrräder waren in sehr gutem Zustand und als ich einen platten Reifen hatte, wurde das Fahrrad unkompliziert und sofort getauscht. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut.

Das W-Lan hat nicht besonders gut funktioniert.
