We called before booking to make sure the pool and hot tub were operational. They told us yes, but when we told them their hot tub was cold. They said they knew that and it was cold because they had it turned down to avoid humidity... Because they didn't want to have the AC on. Only the room AC was available. Extremely disappointed. Wen there to specifically soak my sore joints.
Staff was super friendly and accommodated our after midnight arrival quickly so we could get some rest after our event. Always a great night when I need to stay in Jacksonville.

It was a great stay. But the hot tub is my only complaint it wasn’t hot enough and the jets didn’t work.
Very happy with our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and the free breakfast was good.
