Another great stay in Jacksonville! Room was clean and neat as expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful, particularly Genevieve in the Breakfast Room - she helped children, rushed to get food prepared when groups of people showed up and always kept the coffee fresh and hot for me. Front desk staff was also full of smiles and helpful when we needed. Thank you!

Clean and quality service...
You had 2 luggage carts. Another hotel we stayed at had one ( it was in use) and no one helped us find another one that we could use. For us that luggage cart is essential, especially traveling with a dog.
Very good room, good breakfast, nice people
The room was clean, but walking i. You could smell mold or mildew. Bed was comfortable but hard on older bodies. L9ved the heated pool, yet the room was so warm, it took your breathe. Hot tub clean but not working. Employees were all very friendly.
Hotel was nice and easy to access off main road. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, wish it could have been a little cleaner and the hot tub would have been hotter than the pool. There was no way to access to turn on jets or heat. For the most part everything else was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with checkin and checking out.
Needs more available parking
Hotel needs to be updated. Our sheets had hair from multiple body areas in them, the carpet was sticky and room smelled of mildew. We did not even stay the night, we left and stayed in a near by town.
It was great, very clean, comfortable, breakfast every morning. We were there for just over a week and will probably be returning.
