No pool

Gervacio at the front desk was amazing. He was courteous, helpful, remembered the 8 different people in our group spread out in multiple rooms. He was a definite asset to the hotel - would come back just because he was so nice !

Loved being right on the beach. Love the sound of the waves crashing. The staff are delightful. AC worked beautifully. Love the kitchen on the deck. Love the big deck and the table and chairs on the deck we were on the fourth floor in the View is out of this world. Central to everything. Love the fifth floor public rooftop with bathroom where the view is panoramic and a nice cool hot tub style pool. And lounge chairs. Good size room. Daily cleaning. Good size fridge, which was much appreciated. Several grocery stores nearby. small coffee, maker plates, cutlery, and cups provided you can pick up your own coffee and cream at the nearby grocery store stores.

No shower on the fifth floor rooftop before getting in the pool so there can be oil in a dirty pool sometimes. The pillows are lumpy. The shower in our room was very low pressure. The hot took a long time to come through, especially in the evenings. Good pressure with cold. Low pressure with toilet I was concerned it would stop working, but it worked the whole 11 nights we were here. Still we would definitely come back. We had a Transfer chair. The area is very tricky for a wheelchair uneven sidewalks often garbage was piled up walking the sidewalk, but that could’ve been because it was in the new year. Not wheelchair friendly to get to the beach. It’s all stairs no elevator to the beach or to that floor. Otherwise elevator was fine from the entrance to the fifth floor. Partway through our stay the gate was closed from the beach into the hotel so we had to go through the restaurant. With Sandy feet and made it more difficult with the wheelchair.
