Great location, access to loungers within the property with co-company Si Senor. Staff was very polite and smiling. Location is within everything❤️👍🏻. Need rooms to be updated.

Not enough free loungers. Had to spend 500 pesos per person (which isn’t a problem if you eat & drink) at Si Senor.

Great Beach location and close to the old part of Puerto Vallarta which offers a ton of bars and restaurants! Front desk agents were very pleasant and helpful.

Very sparse room and lacking comfort. Terrible WiFi service. Upon check-out one has to remain until your room is inspected for damages! Hard to imagine what damage could occur to a mattress sitting atop a concrete platform.

Loved the location, staff and beds.

There was quite some filth and lots of black hairs in the bathroom (counter & floor) -Would love if you had drinking water, a full size mirror, coffee for guests in the morning, mats by the beds.

Location is parade. Access to restaurants and bars. It is also on the beach so you walk out and the beach is there

The room was really dated. Wi-Fi was very spotty. It doesn’t reach the fifth floor penthouse where you would wanna lounge. Because it is above several restaurants on the beach, it could be noisy up until 10 PM. It may be hard to sleep earlier than that unless you bring earplugs. Also, there is a charge for everything. We accidentally lost our plastic key card on the beach and we were charged $50 extra for that. Additionally, the restaurant below the hotel is overpriced and food quality is horrible. Do not eat at Si, Señor despite the 10% discount they offer.
