酒店的硬件同相邻的越南或几大海岛的好酒店比并没有优势，但服务给我留下了极深的印象，如果去琅勃拉邦这将是个极好的体验。 房间免费升到山景，房间有个大露台，躺着睡塌上，茗茶赏景，好不舒服。早餐可以送到房间，天气不太热的话，可以在露台上对着青山享用美食。 酒店的SPA非常出名，价格和上海普通美容院差不多，这次由于感冒，没敢去试，挺可惜的。 酒店送的湄公河日落游船非常值得一试，私人游船很赞，卧着躺着随意，还有专人服务，软饮啤酒都是免费的，也可以预定红酒香槟。 酒店的服务是国内几千一晚的酒店无法相比的，当我电话前台说要搭车出去晚餐，前台马上问有没有预约过需不需要帮忙。退房时刚刚致电前台，门一开两个酒店员工已经在门口候着了。 酒店客房不多，我一共没看到超过10个客人，如果你寻找个安静所在以及卓越的服务，那这里是个非常好的选择。

周りにはなにもないですが静かな環境でした。 部屋は快適です。虫は思ったほど気になりませんでした。ただ夜にテラスに出ると光に集まってる感じがしました。窓を閉めれば部屋には入ってきませんしコンセント式の虫よけが部屋にあります。 ご飯はハンバーガーやサンドウィッチはとてもボリュームがあります。味は普通でした。 街へは送迎がありますし夜は決まった時間でシャトルバスが運行しています。 従業員の質はばらつきがありました。（笑顔がない、パクチー抜きと言ったのにパクチーが入っていた等小さい事ですが） 若いスタッフのほうが笑顔が多く頑張っている印象でした。 時期的に宿泊客が少なかったのでゆったりと滞在できました。 少し高いですがルアンパバーンではおすすめのホテルだと思います。

ベルモンドに経営が代わってから、それまでとは少し違いが出てきた。 悪いところを敢えて言えば、シャトルバスの運転手の個人的（としか思われない）な考えで、時刻表に沿った運行がなされない。町からホテルに戻る最終バスが今回来なかった。気に入ってるホテルで７年連続で来ていて初めてだった。 バイキング朝食は素晴らしいが、以前はあった見える場所で特別に調理してくれていた人達がいなくなった。奥から持ってくる普通のホテルと同じになってしまった。 部屋は素晴らしい。マネージャーもレセプションの人達もとても親切だ。

ㄏㄏ因為住宿預定時要求安靜的房間，飯店非常貼心的升等到庭園景觀家庭套房；但是因為此行目的要看山景，跟飯店反應後，他們解釋後還是不嫌麻煩的再幫我換回到山景房。 飯店也會安排每日活動，雖然短短一小時，但也可以了解地方文化；1740-2200也有接駁車往來夜市，非常方便。

Everything was great for our 5 day stay. Luang Prabang is a small town but there is plenty to do. Tourism is important there but it is not overwhelming. Mostly it is people going about every day life which is wonderful as a visitor to walk around in. Very safe town. The hotel is excellent. Easily one of the top places to stay in the whole city. The hotel is 1-2km outside the downtown area but this is no problem. Free transfers whenever you want in the hotel car. Staff are falling over themselves to help in any way. We decided to stroll into town one evening, and the driver spotted us, turned around, and begged to allow him to drive us the rest of the way. They are that nice. The hotel tours and spa are not cheap but are very special. The Mekong cruise to Pak ou cave was pricy but it turned out very good value. Three staff including a guide all to ourselves on the nicest boat on the river. Unforgettable lunch for two on a secluded beach with table, chairs, umbrella etc. A luxury bespoke experience which explains the price tag. Would highly recommend the town and hotel.

Every staff member gives 110 percent to make sure that he guests have an amazing experience. From Chef Wally who ensures that the diners are happy to the Operations and Spa Managers, as well as the rest of the staff, they couldn't have been kinder or done a better job. Beautifully done.

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at hotel, explored the town, participated in the New Years celebrations, day trip up to Tat Kuang Si Waterfalls and day trip up the Mekong River ( on hotels own luxury flat boat) to caves with tours organised by the Hotel management and staff. They are simply the most hospitable, polite, attentive and helpful hotel staff we have encountered in our many decades of travel. From clean, quiet ,tranquil room, to fresh sumptuous breakfast, to relaxing in and around the pool at end of a busy day, enjoying a glass of what ever wine takes your fancy from an extensive wine list ( including Australian and NZ ), to a dinner meal overlooking the pool and the hills beyond, or at a restaurant booked by the hotel staff ( including drop off and pick up), It's all there. Wholeheartedly recommend.
