직원 친절함, 룸 청결, 수영장 이용 및 뷰 등 모든것이 완벽한 호텔. 호텔 숙박 가격이 비싼편이지만 가격을 상회하는 서비스를 제공합니다. 방도 너무 이쁘고 야외 테라스도 넓습니다. 외출 시 직원들이 청소 및 사용한 물품을 다시 채워줍니다. 셔틀서비스도 이용도 편리하여 너무 좋네요.(정해진 시간 운행도 있고 개인이 원할경우 시내로 이동가능) 스파 및 헬스장은 이용하지 않아 모르겠네요.

The location was perfect. The views were great. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was so beautiful and clean. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. The food was excellent. The service and the staff were the best. They were always attentive and happy to help us in any way. We would definitely recommend the Belmond La Residence Phou Vao in Luang Prabang, Laos.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Loved the views of the mountains and relaxing afternoons by the pool. Best champagne breakfasts ever. Clean facilitates. Great cooking class. Luang Prabang has lots to offer but the hotel makes it hard to leave. Hoping to return soon.

ルアンパバーンの街の中心地からは少し離れた丘陵地帯にあるリゾートです。とても静かで、緑の山々が目の前に広がるリラックスできるリゾートです。お部屋もゆったりとしていて、お食事もとても美味しく、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。事前に、空港までの送迎を時間を変えて２回に分けてお願いしていましたが、それがうまく伝わっていなかったようで、その点で少し評価は下げています。それ以外の面では、ソフトもハードもとても満足致しました。

Terrific long weekend "escape" to Luang Prabang. Enjoyed biking around the town and lazily floating down the Mekong in a boat. The hotel is perfect...just far enough from town to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to explore the UNESCO World Heritage town. Hotel provides mountain bikes and "family" bikes. Has a beautiful pool where you can escape the humidity/heat during the day. And the food at the hotel was some of the best I've had in SE Asia. I had a lovely room overlooking the town in the distance, and I enjoyed reading on the porch in Thai-style lounge sofas on a lazy afternoon or the one morning when it softly rained. I went jogging each morning down the river and through the town. In the evenings I rode a bike into town to have a foot massage and eat dinner at one of the many lantern-lit cafes along the river.

Exquisite small hotel and excellent service. This hotel was the former guess house during the time of the monarchy... so expect the best... petit and with refined gardens!

Room is nice, staff services are excellent and foods at restaurant are also excellent.

The hotel stuff are very plite and very nice. They always cared of the people staying and knew what they want to do ,where they want to go. They offered us invitation to cooktail party ,sunset cruise (no charge) And gave us a ride to the town by the shattle van. My hasband and I had great time there.

いつでもシャトルで街に往復送迎してくれる。しかも無料。これはとてもありがたい。 眺めは素晴らしい、とは言えないがこれは好みか。

ホテルスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切。滞在中、サービス面で不満やストレスを感じる事はありませんでした。 要追加料金のメコン川サンセットクルーズへ無料で招待して頂き、素晴らしい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。 以前は朝食ブュッフェだったようですが、現在はアラカルトのオーダー形式に変更したそうです。ブュッフェを楽しみにしていたので少し残念でしたがどれも美味しかったです。 街からは少し離れていますが、ホテルの無料送迎があるので‪移動に不便は感じませんでした。
