L’infrastructure et la propriété et les piscine propre et accessoires

Ahhhh sa c un gd débat au on vous laisse payer et on vous dit y a un buffet payant se sui est normal vu la pension et obligation d’aller au restaurant a la carte qui est le manger bon mais le personnel pas très organisés comme au barbecue aussi c le maître nageur qui fait le service mdr se sui fait descendre la qualité de l’hôtel et le personnel un sur 1/sur 2 est correct !le prix des boissons dont exagérer 8 tnd une bouteille d’eau et 7 tnd un café et sue sur le port de hammamet est a4 tnd bref belle Hotel mais le personnel n’est pas du tout qualifié dommage j’y retournerai pas et g couper mon séjour d’une nuit je suis parti à la fin et g eu aucun remboursement bref voilà mais heureusement le temp etait joli

L’accueil de Ahmed et Sofiane fut très bien avec sourire et professionnalisme malgré une arrivée tardive. L’hôtel dans sa globalité m’a plus. Petit déjeuner complet est varié. Personnel discret et accueillant.

Il faut être véhiculé pour circuler.

"Séjour agréable dans un bel hôtel."

Très bel hôtel avec de beaux volumes. Belle chambre spacieuse avec belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Belles piscines extérieure et intérieure. Amabilité du personnel. Qualité du spa. Richesse du petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de spécialités tunisiennes.

Nous avons découvert que certains équipements étaient fermés en cette saison (notamment restaurant sur la plage). Musique trop fort toute la journée à la piscine extérieure et soirée dansante avec porte ouverte sur la terrasse de la piscine (donc sous les chambres ) jusqu’à une heure avancée de la nuit.
