En revanche, le personnel de la sécurité et de la piscine était parfois trop regardant, voire intrusif, ce qui a un peu gâché le confort et l’intimité du séjour.

Dear Management, I would like to report an unpleasant situation that happened during our stay at the hotel restaurant buffet. One evening, my wife and I decided to dine at the hotel buffet. We paid 100 TND per person for the buffet only, while drinks (2 colas and 1 sparkling water) were charged separately. The final bill was 223 TND, which we already considered expensive considering the limited buffet selection available. However, the most serious issue was what happened during payment. We initially had 180 TND with us. Since the total bill exceeded that amount, my wife went to the room to bring an additional 60 TND (three 20 TND notes). This means we had a total of 240 TND available. Before leaving the money inside the bill holder, we confirmed the total amount several times. We intentionally left 240 TND, meaning we were already paying above the bill amount as a gesture/tip. The waiter — a tall and heavy-set man wearing a white shirt, black trousers and tie — took the bill holder, turned his back to our table for some time as if counting the money, and then suddenly returned claiming that we had only given 210 TND. This was impossible. We are completely certain about the amount we left on the table. We had counted it multiple times, especially because my wife had specifically gone back to the room to bring the extra money needed. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the waiter called another staff member (possibly the restaurant manager) and insisted that we had not paid enough. Despite this, to avoid creating conflict during our vacation, I still gave an extra 10 TND. Even then, more money was being demanded from us. At that point, I firmly stated that we had already paid 240 TND and would not pay anything else. The issue is not about the money itself. It is about honesty, professionalism and the feeling that tourists are being taken advantage of.

Extrem laut , eine Nacht war Disco im Haus, Mein Zimmer lag unmittelbar über der Disco , ein schlafen vor 2 uhr in der Früh war unmöglich. Ein Zimmer wechsel wurde abgelehnt, ich soll mich am nächsten Tag beim Manager beschweren.
