Hotel Kaiserhof Kitzbuehel

Great location for the Hahnenkamm lift and short walk into the old walled town. Very friendly and efficient staff.

All we expected was excellent and lived up to our expectations. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Our first trip to Austria, and couldnt of been happier with our choice of hotel, clean, comfortable & the staff were all very polite and helpful. The whole ambience of the hotel is very relaxed and the staff are very efficient, there is a great cocktail bar with an excellent manager "Fabian" who will make anything you want, if not on the extensive cocktail menu, plus in the afternoon in the cocktail bar snack food is layed on everyday which is included in the cost of your stay!. Hotel in great position, the Gondala is only 500 yards from door of "Heated" ski & boot room of Hotel. Centre of town only 5 mins walk from hotel, so couldnt have been better placed. Will definately choose this Hotel when we return to Kitzbuhule.

Great short stay

2 adults and 2 children (8 and 10) sharing a family room. We had the most fantastic time. The hotel is superb in all respects. The staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was clean and very comfortable with a huge bed. The spa was lovely and the children loved the swimming pool. The hotel couldn't be better located. The breakfast is as extensive as you'll find anywhere and the dinner of a very high standard.

The hotel atmosphere is fairly informal and so easy to settle into. 4 different types of sauna was a unique experience!

A fabulous hotel with staff who genuinely cared about all guests. All staff dressed in Austrian national costume which was really nice. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting that little bit extra out of their hotel experience. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

This was our second visit to the Kaiserhof in Kitzbuehel and we can't wait to go back again. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and detail oriented. We were greeted on check in with a handshake, and treated like VIP's throughout our stay. The sauna facilities (included in the price) are top notch, and the hotel location can't be beat if you're a skier. We've stayed at some of the finer hotels in the world, and the Kaiserhof can compete with the best.

We were absolutely delighted to find that this hotel, despite its being less costly than most other places in Kitzbehuel, was phenomenal!! Travelling with two children, ages 8 and 10, the Kaiserhof was perfect for us. Our accomodations were lovely and roomy. Though the beds were a little hard, the lovely decor and spectacular view made up for it. It was easy to get to the centre of town, one of the gondola lifts is about 30 seconds away, and yet it is at the end of a quiet street. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were more than accomodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If we ever go back to Kitzbeheul, this is where we are staying!! Oh - just a word to the wise, don't let the kids wear pjs to breakfast.
