Outstanding staff, service and exceptional food and value for money. Hotel sets an extremely high standard and we have not enjoyed cuisine to this standard since our departure. They deserve highest accolade and we are very particular!

This hotel promises a lot and delivers on everything. Simply fantastic from check in through to check out. The attitude and quality of the staff is first class . The food quite amazing and unparalleled levels of customer service. I can't recommend it strongly enough. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly staff were key parts of making the visit a pleasure. In addition, the location, right next to the gondola lift and at the bottom of the ski slope could not be better. All in all a great experience.

Everything about the Kaiserhof is excellent. Our room was large, warm, great shower, wifi worked great and we had views over the mountains. The 5 course dinner every night was exceptional - great food and great service. The Hofer family who own the hotel even provided a champagne reception one night. The location is also exceptional - very short walk to the cable car and at the end of the ski runs. The ski room also provided heated boot warming! All the staff spoke good English and were extremely attentive. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

We chose this hotel because it's the closest to the main ski lift & right next to Kitzbuhel station. The perfect location.

We stayed at the Kaiserhof for five nights in late December. Let me say first that we are very experienced vacationers and have stayed in lots of resort properties in several countries. The Kaiserhof was a true pleasure for us. Our rooms were ready when we arrived and Check in was super easy. We were concerned since adjoining rooms weren't available but we were upgraded to a junior suite and a room that were next door to each other, this was fine for us since our kids are pretty self sufficient. The staff parked our car in the garage at no charge for the entire stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with guidance on excursions and maps of the area. The food was really nice (we only had the breakfasts - nice buffet! The kids loved the selection of juices and hot chocolate and we liked the omelettes and occasional pancakes) and there was always a basket of apples on the front desk and a platter of cookies in the lobby. The property is less than 30 meters to the ski lifts and the ski school is next door. Super accessible! And only a short walk to the town to visit the shops and restaurants there. We did not try out the spa facilities in the hotel but we did swim in the pool which was fine. One more thing of note. I NEVER felt like I was being nickeled and dimed (sorry for the Americanism). Internet was included, parking, breakfast, morning cappuccino, whatever. I never felt like the hotel wanted to upsell me or find ways to add on more expenses.

From the first friendly greeting, to the final goodbye we couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. Ideally located for one of the cable car lifts, clean, tidy and well appointed throughout. Excellent service from all the staff, wonderful food, don't go out at night! enjoy the saunas
