Lovely hotel very close to the ski lift. Excellent food and ambiance. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, great location

Every property everywhere seems to be having trouble finding decent staff. That's probably because ALL the wonderful people work at this hotel. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They seemed to actually care about their guests. Breakfast was also scrumptious, and the location is excellent

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. It could be improved with air conditioning with current climate change issues. Our room was lovely but sweltering. A fan would have been helpful.

I loved the decor being so comfortable and warm with the knotty pine throughout. I also loved the reading room and lit fireplace where waitresses would come in and asked if you wanted tea or hot chocolate. I loved the swimming pool that was warm enough just to walk into it, and the lounge chairs, towels, and shower right there. The food was tremendous. The beds were soft. It was an easy walk to the center of town. All staff were exceptionally caring and polite and eager to help you. The even had an English newspaper. I would highly recommend this hotel to all our friends!

Great location, staff, and breakfast!

Excellent location, almost can’t be beat.

Pros: The hotel is located very close to Hahnenkamm lift and trains station, easy to walk to town. If you ski down on No. 21, you'll end up right in front of the hotel. Half board arrangement is great, with excellent food options. Freshly made omelette at breakfast service is too die for. Staff are friendly and efficient. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was spacious and well equipped (loved heated towel drier). Free cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Cons: However, the sauna is way too small for a hotel of this size - cabins would get uncomfortably crowded with just 3-4 people, and the "aromatic" cabin smelled of sewer coming from the sewage hole. Wifi in the room is terrible, getting cut off frequently and prohibits from watching/streaming anything. Carpet in the room is old and dirty. Water bottles in the room were not replenished during our stay so we had to buy ourselves. Shower cabin in the room was so tiny that once you close the door my nose would often ram into the glass. Overall, a good place to stay if you want to ski in Kitz but do not expect a top notch facility.

This hotel is in perfect location. The staff goes above and beyond to help with what ever you may need. The rooms are amazing. We had a private balcony with great views ! We can not wait to come back again !

Stayed in a suit room for 2nights with family. Room was spacious and very clean. Best service including fabulous amenity and warm welcome from friendly staffs. Breakfast was also good especially omlet. It was a bit sad that the swimming pool was too cold but kids enjoyed the jet bath in the room a lot instead.
