The hotel was perfect. People, food, facilities and location could not have been better for our Ski vacation in Kitzbuhel. We would definitely stay at the Kaiserhof again.

Great hotel. Just next to the Hanenkham gondola. Ski-in and out. Good ski room. Nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Great Traditional Alpine hotel"

it is simply what it is ;) doesn’t try to be anything fancy. it keeps its local traditional Tirolean design. more of a smaller and quieter hotel with probably the best location in all of Kitzbühel. reasonably priced. its very well kept 4* hotel which is better and fair then trying hard for 5*

"Wonderful Stay....."

Absolutely fantastic hotel....firstly the amazing view's,and then all the little touches from the chocolate on the pillow to the dressing gown's and complimentary teas/coffee & soft drinks,it was a luxurious stay. Breakfast was beyond it's four star rating with everything possible being available.Staff could not have been more helpful,and also very professional but still enjoying their work which was obvious by the atmosphere in the hotel.Underground parking beside the hotel huge plus when you are on a motorbike..Ski Lift pass's over the hotel 20 mtr walk to pick it up...we will be back...

"Brilliant hotel."

This is a great hotel with great staff , bedrooms and food. It was our first visit to this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. Although our weather was not good on our visit but the hotel has a wonderful swimming pool, sauna , and masages available.

So close to Ski lift and end slopes and hire shops. Lovely food at breakfast and dinner. Lovely room with nice view of gondola and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly.

Quite convenient to access Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm Railway station and Hahnenkamm gondola base station. The facility is new and the restaurant serves good taste means and the service is perfect!
