I loved it here! The staff greeted us with a warmly welcome. The facility is clean, the amenities are amazing, and the location is perfect. We are definitely enjoying our vacation here!

I need that AC to be freezing. It wasnโ€™t too bad but it definitely couldโ€™ve been colder for the room to be set to 69, it felt more like 72.

Location was great. People were friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Not much else I can say that was great.

Parking was terrible. Room was tiny. Needed a sofa to relax on or someplace comfortable to sit. Very loud at night.

Beautiful property, great location.. this across the street from my favorite breakfast place. The rooms are nice, very home feeling.

I hated the beds.. the most uncomfortable bed on earth. Staff was very nonchalant about the bed. I spoke with a manager on duty after my first night and all she kept saying was the beds are new, well my back said otherwise. Day 2 before bed I went to the desk to see if there was any resolution, nope nothing at all, the guy did send housekeeping with additional sheets, in hopes that would help (sadly it did not) Engineering was supposed to look at the bed, never did,

Great location. Clean. Had all the amenities. Comfy bed.

BOOKING.COM. I have spent THOUSANDS over the years booking with them and never will again. I tried to change my reservation from a cheaper 1 night to more expensive 2 nights. The hotel tried to help me multiple times. Booking just responded with AI and kept pretending like the hotel wasn't responding. The hotel actually sent me a screenshot of Booking.com.'s refusal to allow them to do anything. 5 stars for the hotel and 0 stars for Booking. They need to have real people doing at least part of their customer service. I included the photo of Booking's "communication" with the hotel.
