It's a great complex in the mid of the tuscany hills around San Gimignano. Nice pool. Ok breakfast (what you can average expect in italy...). confortable rooms. you can easily reach san gimignano that is an amazing village. our experience was smooth and had everything we needed. I didnt use their spa facilities but looks like they have very good ones.

If I had known which rooms were which from the photos I would have considered paying more. Our room although very clean was pretty basic and looked into a gloomy area at the back of a modern block. Sadly the smell of chlorine/bleach in the reception/staircase area did not enhance our visit. Having said all that, we had two evening meals there and the restaurant / bar staff were very helpful and welcoming and the food,on the whole, was very tasty. Sadly I did eat something that didn't agree with me on the second night but that would not put me off visiting again but next time being a bit more selective about the room choice. Friendly staff and convenience won.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. This is a good base to tour Tuscany.

Great location with very attentive staff. The restaurant was great for breakfasts and dinner very good. Still felt a little understaff during dinner and some disorganized. But the food was very good and worth the wait. Very nice ambiance and romantic scenery. My room view of San Gimignano town with it's towers on the horizon was priceless!!!

Not within walking distance of town, but that's OK. Very relaxing and inviting setting, and one of the best hotels in the hill country.

Everything was very very good. The only complaint I have regarding very hard mattresses and pillows. Other then that, everything about this hotel was great, especially considering the price.

Wonderful hotel! The views are spectacular and the location is only a short ride to San Gimignano by car. We had hoped to bike into town - and it can be done - however the roads into town are quite narrow. The patio off our room was large and private. The outdoor pool is great and the pool bar is open all day for food and drink. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Definitely recommend!
