Overall a good stay, staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, beds very comfy and the scenery spectacular! I would say that the only down side was the food, although of a decent standard I wouldn't say it was up there with the usual standard of Italian cuisine I have been used to as a whole in Italy......... Can't say it put a bad spin on the overall experience though as we had a great time.

Located nicely very close to San Gimigniano, features spa and gym, nice breakfast.

If you plan to explore Tuscany, this is a great place to establish your headquarters.

About the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in. I am not a fan of hotels who use 2 single beds and push them together to form a queen or king bed as it leaves a nice seam in the middle that either my wife or I would sink into. This hotel is in the heart of Tuscany and you have some expectations the hotels would have that 'charm' for the area but the inside of this hotel has a 70's modern look and no charm. Over 40 Euro each for use of the spa seems a bit much too.

Beautiful villa on top of a hill overlooking San Gimignano! It was a perfect location to explore the area (including Florence!) The room was very large for European standards and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast which was great! I was only disappointed by the fee to use the pool. $33 EUROS for 3 hours. It seemed a bit much for a pool...we understood for the other spa services (steam room, sauna) The staff was very nice and helpful in making reservations and planning our day trip to Florence. Overall great value!

Had a wonderful 5 nights at this hotel. Clean, high quality, relaxing. Lovely outdoor pool. Brilliant breakfast with breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside. Eating lunch / dinner in the hotel, and drinks, all reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and welcoming to our 3yr old daughter. Car needed to get into San Gimignano.

Excellent base for touring the area & lovely views of San Gimignano & Certaldo. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. Rooms are large and bathrooms have everything you would expect from a 4 star property. Evening meals are good but pricey. Breakfast are very inadequate for the price you are paying. Why can Italian hotels not keep hot food HOT? Reception staff are all very helpful.

An excellent view of Tuscany landscapes and San Gimignano city. The rooms are confortable and the overall service is very good.
