Bellissimo hotel, ottima la colazione. Mi è sembrato un po’ eccessivo il prezzo della spa (di cui non abbiamo usufruito). 30 euro a testa. Considerato il prezzo elevato dell’hotel mi sarei aspettata l’accesso gratuito per i clienti dell’hotel. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Excellent! Every need was attended to. Very clean. Outstanding location. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. We Loved Sandra. Will come again.

10 minute drive from San Gimignano with great views, place was well kept with beautiful grounds and a nice pool. Staff was courteous and breakfast was average for an hotel of this level. We had an issue with the air conditioning that wasn't cooling off since the beginning, and even tho the technician came out to the room, the issues remained. Suspecting that for containing energy costs they kept the level at 25 or so.. I hope that's not the case. Not sure if I will return.

We used to stay in this property before , and the reason to rebooking was because we had before a complete experience This time we didn’t have a good experience at all; we requested two room with panoramic views , and we had a parking view (room 136) , horrible view ; cars parking instead of Tuscany landscaping…. We didn’t have our room cleaned properly the next day- didn’t give us new towels or remplace more shampoo etx … they left our dirty tray of dishes form dinner there etx … walls dirty , the property looks very old now , it’s not fresh as before … We complain about the bad service of our room and for the parking view and they basically didn’t do anything to compensate or to offer another room with view (we requested by written and they answers us confirming it …)

Service was excellent, view is breathtaking! Restaurant was great, breakfast spread fresh, a must when in the region.

The resort was overall beautiful and clean looking. Our room had no real issues, but the bed was a little older and slightly soft. My wife and I slept very well though. The soaps and toiletries they provided were great. For the price and area, I think it was a good value. I would stay again.

Hotel is in the county which was nice to not be in San Gimignano. No complaints from our stay, service was ok. View from breakfast area was fantastic.

Spectacular views, big clean rooms , good breakfast and great spa.
