E' piaciuto tutto ad entrambi soprattutto la cura e la disponibilità del personale verso il cliente. Ottimi servizi, spa, colazione e camera. Consigliato

C’etait un sejour fabuleux, le service etait excellent, le personnel souriant et tres acceuillant Tres bon petit dejeuner et tres varié !!

Excellent location with beautiful view, but a bit of disappointment about no bath tube and thin blanket. Food at the restaurant was good.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of San Gimignano. Great service, particularly from Antonio. Very interesting artwork.

Excellent hotel! Big rooms with a lot of comfort. Breakfast and service in general were great!

We had fun, don't get me wrong. I give this property a tepid review because it is a cardboard cutout in some ways -- not what it would say that it is. The location is excellent, grounds amazing, great staff in most ways, spa is so convenient. But here are the things that surprised me. Poor communication regarding the couples spa -- rubbed me completely the wrong way in that they encouraged me to go to the pool and enjoy some of the "5 hours of complimentary spa services." That refers to the pool in the lower level. It is AMAZING. So relaxing, best pool area I have seen, indoor and outdoor, look out at the property -- AMAZING. The problem: later I found out my girlfriend could not go because I went and there is a one time ACCESS per room for the 5 hour option. SO, that set me off. I was there 1 hour, they pushed me, it was disappointing. They did not offer for her and I to pay to go, it seemed like NOPE, just can't. Odd, I know. THEN, the restaurant. The staff is not very accommodating, very limited and a bit extreme of a menu. 5 entrees and two were Wild Boar and Duck -- somewhat exotic. Not bad, just something to be aware of. Small bar with a GREAT bartender -- Yuri. Room: bathtub was a bit dirty. Overall furnishings are very dated. I am not one to complain about fixtures, but the bathroom was a 1990's nightmare. Again, had fun. But this place needs to come with better 'instructions.'

Único defeito foi não funcionar o ar condicionado em novembro, não dá para abrir a janela por conta dos mosquitos. Deveriam permitir ligar o ar condicionado ou colocar tela.
