Gym was poor and the pool wasn’t open

This resort feels very new and clean. It is right on the ski slope, with ski lockers designated for each room. The bar is great. The staff are helpful. The rooms are spacious and have more kitchen amenities than expected.

Comfortable accommodations just outside downtown Aspen. Hotel offers free shuttle service. The staff was both helpful and friendly. Pool and spa were being renovated so the parking lot was a bit of a mess.

The property was undergoing construction so the view at our window was not very good. Other than that, the hotel is very nice.

Note that construction creates extra noise. Shuttle service to town is excellent.

We booked a room with 1 king bed. It came complete with a kitchenette (mini fridge had plenty of room and was not filled with items to sell to you). The bathroom was a little cramped due to the hinged doors on both the shower and the main door; pocket or sliding doors would have helped. Unfortunately the pool was under construction so our view from the first floor was orange contruction tape. Also there was a constant tapping, sounded like a metal ball hitting the floor and bouncing all the time... maybe pipes, hvac, or laundry? In any case I recommend avoiding room 1130 or anywhere near there. We reported it to the front desk but never heard back. The BBQ restaurant is good.

I had an amazing trip and ended up extending my stay! The staff was so sweet and it is convenient to everything!

Given that Aspen is expensive even in summer, it was nice to find somewhat reasonably priced lodging here. The room is okay, nothing fancy. Smaller bathroom, but the nice touch was the picnic style bench for eating meals. Was a big fan of the coffee machine just past the lobby. Also enjoyed Game Time BBQ in the lobby, with very tasty South Carolina style cue. Not sure we'd return to the area, but if we do, this is a solid option for lodging.

Hotel under construction (kinda loud). You can hear the next room conversation and people passing by in the hallway, some staff are kinda snobbish. Amenities is good, clean, coffee available all the time, lockers available, safe, available dining
