Super secure, The food is excellent, staff super friendly, themes and animation excellent and very entertaining. What I didn't like is that The property is supposed to be family oriented but all the triple rooms are at the end of the resort which make us take long walks from beach to room in the heat and it is not pleasant. Double rooms are super small even to fit a crib. Showers are slippery which might be harmful for kids

TRES bien recommandable. Cadre plutôt familial. Personnel très bien au service, rapidité disponibilité et sourire.

Hotel très bon dans l'ensemble (personnel, animation, equipements, nourriture, spectacle) Point négatif, le matelas des lits d appoints est lamentable (dur comme de la pierre, meme avec 3 couettes par dessus)

Les leçons de tennis étaient d'un excellent niveau. Un grand merci à Sofia pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse : j'ai vraiment progressé grâce à elle.

Hôtel que je recommande vivement . Propreté calme et nourriture au top . Personnel aux petits soins . Idéal Famille

Point négatif : un seul point pour le retrait des serviettes de plage, des fourmis dans la chambre, chambre mal isolée (bruit), personnel de service restaurant moins aimable que le reste du personnel Point positif : piscine propre, aquapark, personnel gentil (propreté, accueil, maître nageur), clim ok Suggestion : proposer plus de plats tunisiens, proposer animation folklore tunisien, proposer animation ou musique à l’aquapark Bon séjour dans cet hôtel

The nightmare has just started in the check in when we claimed to change the room assigned for us from before our arrival!!! We didnt like the didnt like the talk with the head of the reception wich was everything but professional after the check in we met some other grave inconvinences (ignored) but the catastroph was coming since most of the employee are simply not qualified n have no skills in guest management....no respect for us ..bad language...irresponsable behaviour...even my 6 year old daughter suffred from the the poeple of the kids club...all this was reported to the head but he prefered to fight more with us n cover his team!!!! One very gentle n professionnel guest manager decided to help us n reconciliate us with a dinner in what they call the international restaurent..the dinner could not be finished cz of a special guest ..a cokroach (escaped from my camera)...it was really totally failed vacation..i have heared a lot about discrimination between tunisian and non tunisian guest...now i may beleive...the last days it became very crowded n noisy place...i will just stop visiting such places ..about the all inclusive offer it is absolutly fake...nothing is available ...all is sharing all...would like only to thank the guest manager..who tried her best...but the problem is in the system who put incorrect poeple..in such hard job.

The stay overall was excellent. Very clean hotel with great amenities and excellent service. Also the hotel is all inclusive for a very fair amount of money. Staff are very attentive.
