Amazing!!! Wonderful week ❣️ the staff was professional, very considerate and fantastic customer service. Friends booked into Meridiana and for my second week I switched to that hotel which was a BIG mistake. There is no comparison- Magic life Penelope hotel is a real resort with excellent food, service and top rate entertainment. It is also truly all inclusive where Meridiana has rude, aggressive staff, the grounds are unkrpt, the food is only fair and always the same. I wish I never switched hotels it was a huge mistake. I am thinking of going back to hotel Penelope for my last couple of days as hotel Meridiana is miserable, the staff are obviously unhappy. It's such a big contrast with Penelope Magic Life where everyone is happy, truly welcoming and very sincere and genuinely hope your visit enjoyable. Unfortunately I paid Meridiana in full I wish I could cancel the rest of the days here. Hotels.com should take this hotel off their selection it reflects badly on hotels.com which normally I have always booked with. Meridiana hotel is completely false advertising everything is falling apart including the ladder to the pool which is an accident waiting to happen. The indoor pool is closed and the children's pool is half filled and the water park pool is closed - from the moment I arrived in the taxi the front gate security was rude and gruff. It is shocking the contrast between Pe elope which is amazing in every way and the horrible Meridiana. Penelope hotel is 5 star!!!

les +, la propreté, les infrastructures, les nombreux transates, la plage. Certains personnels, les serveurs et ménages. les moins, la literie trop raide, les tarifes à la boutique de l'hôtel car il y a mieux à 10 minutes à pieds. Très beau soleil sauf que c'est une région très venteuse.

Super: La qualité et la diversité de la nourriture ! Super ! Regrettable la mauvaise organisation des services et l’amateurisme du personnel en contact avec les clients ! Le personnel de Securité à la porte manque de politesse et se permet de menacer les clients !!!

Établissement très propre, personnel charmant, nourriture très variée et excellente. Je n’ai rien de négatif à dire sur cet établissement. Merveilleux séjour
