Great location and it was clean

No one to help with the baggage while checking in or going out.

A localização é fantástica, os funcionários foram atenciosos, o quarto era grande e confortável, com bom café da manhã.

Falta de privacidade no banheiro, que possui portas de vidro. As luminárias externas do quarto e das proximidades não estavam funcionando, deixando tudo no escuro à noite.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They took care us like family. Shout out to the front desk, they thought of things for us before we did.

Fantastic (served) breakfast, wonderful staff, stunning view

Hotel was close to a small town (15 minute walk) good restaurants. We also rented a quad and saw the rest of Santorini Oia and Fira with lovely restaurants, shopping and galleries

I had a great time at Rocabella and highly recommend it as a great place to stay when in Santorini. I especially loved the location, which offers one of the best views on the caldera and the staff, who was extremely helpful and friendly.

The level overall is very high, so not much to complain. But the breakfast service was a little slow some days, so I’ve advise to work on perfecting that.

Property was well located on the cliff with a nice sunset view.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were not clean enough.There were a lot of ants on the bed sheets.Breakfast was bad.There was no any kind of meat and sausages in the menu.No vegetables at all!!!No mineral water,staff provided a tap water,which had a strange smell and taste.
