After booking the timeshare I receive a voice message from “Mike” property manager supervisor to inform me that my reservation will be cancel due to no availability. So, we did not get an opportunity to stay on this date. I requested a call back from Mike but never heard back from him. Poor customer service.

We have stay at this property in the past. No issues.
