The Hotel Hot Springs

Room could have been cleaner. I had to clean the shower floor and wall before using. Floor was dirty and trash not emptied during my entire stay. Towels were picked up but on two occasions replacements were not left. Beds were never made.

Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Parking was on street and hard to find. Pillows were very poor.

Location and staff were great.

Showers, you can’t turn on water without getting in so if you’re sensitive to cold it’s not good also other than a tiny little triangle there was no place out your products also no grab bars. Lack of electrical outlets sucked too. Hallway carpets dirty. So were room floors my wet feet got black on them.

We loved the hotel. Clean and great service. Fabulous location.

We didn't eat breakfast, we were hoping for it to be complimentary like most of the hotels we stayed at. The cost of the breakfast was a little pricey for what was served. Registration women was very nice and pleasant to deal with. However, your hotel wouldn't match Booking.com price so I had to reserve it while standing in front of your registration cleark, which took some time. Also NO pool, which was what we were hoping for.

Location

Staff/Not the cleanest. The attitude at check in was awful. I was made to pay for parking when every other person there for the event was not charged. Our room and the hallways where not clean. The pillows on the bed should have been replaced they appeared to be several years old were not even shaped as pillows anymore.
