Room view ,,convenient to downtown

No shampoo,conditioner or body wash in shower . No ventilation in bathroom, pillows were to small and went flat .. and you had to pay for a buffet style breakfast ,,

"Comfortable, affordable and close to everything"

Choose this hotel for its proximity to the bathhouses and found the room price to be a good deal for the area. The room was spacious and decent.

The service at the bar was slow but it was nice having a bar in the hotel. Our shower had a few long blacks hairs left in there either from the housekeeper or a previous guest.

"Nice Staff, Poor Upkeep"

One room had not been serviced when we arrived and the other was completely out of soap, shampoo, etc. There was some structural issue in our room where water would leak up through the floorboards in one area if you walked on them. All the staff were friendly and attentive, but given the issues, the hotel didn't feel worth the price.

"Terrible-would not recommend"

Unfortunately the stay was terrible. We arrived at around 10:30pm, checked into our room and went to sleep. When we got up on the morning, we went to shower and the shower was disgusting! Had lots of mold all inside it. Once you see the uncleanliness of the room, you can’t unsee it. Everything was dirty. Doors, baseboards, headboards, water seepage behind the toilet, just bad all around. We had to leave to meet up with family so I sent and email to the hotel about the state of the room. No reply. When we got back in that evening, I spoke to the front desk about the room, showed her pictures, asked if we could move rooms, anything. She said we couldn’t because we booked through a third-party app. I would have to try and take it up with the manager in the morning. We checked out the next morning. Have never received a reply to our complaint

Very nice an very close to all the little shops an bath houses. We walked an didn't have to spend any money on uber.

Hard to find parking spot at times. But they did have parking garage not to far away.
