Misleading and deceptive conduct by Hotels.com. Very disappointing for my honeymoon. Spent an hour on the phone with you to resolve and you provided a $250 credit which didn't included taxes. How dare collorate and overcharge consumers. I expect a voucher to coimpensate my terrible ordeal that doesn't include taxes as well WOW! you make at least $300-500 extra off me for the same room. Lets get thiis resolved before I lodge ACCC and consumer affairs reportl.

We had a great time at Chic hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the views were amazing and the staff were so helpful, attentive and kind. They helped with arranging excursions, transportation and gave great advice on whatever you wanted. I would definitely go back. Thanks to all the staff

Absolutely an amazing experience, the views were beautiful. We stayed in the cave room and it was beautiful and was in walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Kostas and Fay were great and probably some of the nicest people I have ever met, very helpful and had some great recommendations. Overall 10/10

Had such an amazing stay here! It is in such a great location, it is alittle but farther from the heart of Fira so it was quieter and not as busy! Staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and kind!

Chic Hotel was beautiful and in the most perfect spot. The staff was amazing and treated us like we were their only customers. We could sit anywhere on the property and just watch the view all day.
