"Overall a really good stay!"

Hotel was amazing with 3 pools. Room cleaned daily with clean towels. Staff at bar were a bit unfriendly and didnt engage much with guests. Changed the time the pool area opened so never really sure when you could get in. Breakfast had an amazing choice and very clean. Key card had to be reactivated about 6 times throught out stay which was a bit annnoying when on 6th floor!

"Needs to up its game."

Hotel reception and pool area very nice. Pool huge, plenty of sun beds. Rooms were very small, mine has no air con. I told reception but never got fixed. Bed covers we’re only changed once in 7 days.. to be honest for the money I paid for the week, I could not expect a lot more. Also dinner was very poor indeed, but breakfast was ok..

"Back on tour"

We have been using this Hotel for many years and we have always been very happy. It's great value and in a fantastic location. The only downside is the time it takes to check-in, very slow, and this time was even more frustrating as I had to check-in my group booking (7 Rooms) individually and pay for them individually. Taking that aside still had a great time

Can't really complain about anything. Stayed in this hotel back in 1997 & 2002 and the reception, pool area and rooms have been changed and updated to match newer hotels. The only thing that I can say is that a few of the nights we found that the variety of food on offer for dinner was limited, however, the quality was very good. The dining room feels a little dated, but is very clean, plenty of tables & seats and staff are all great.
