Lovely modern property, and plenty of selection for breakfast, but the bacon was not crispy as they over filled the baking trays. The sausages were the standard mediocre holiday sausages.

Decent pool and a quick walk to the beach. But AWFUL food and horrible customer service. VERY crowded. Would never stay here again!

It started from arrival, we had to haul our bags from two blocks away as they wouldn’t open the gate for us to park in and check in. The gentleman who checked us in offered odd and poor customer service to say the least. This place is like getting to a huge and extremely low class cruise ship full of screaming kids and a nasty - canned like kind of Buffett food. Horrible and should never be a 4 star. We checked out sooner because we could not beat it and they refused to return our money for the last unused night. The beach near by is not the greatest either. Lots of better places to stay in this beautiful island. Not sure how they got the “great reviews” here - and these dam reviews made me book it. What a joke. Good luck.

"Lovely family hotel "

Lovely hotel, staff so friendly, entertainment is brilliant, lots of variety of food for all. Only bad thing I would say was I was supposed to get free fun passes to Kathmandu from the hotel and they said no that it wasn’t the case even though it was on the website :-(

Nice Hotel, clean and good service, just there 4 lifts for too many people, not is enough, the rest everything is very good. Is not noise like to many people think!!!!
