BEST HOTEL EVER !!! Me and my son stayed here and everything about it was brilliant highly recommended my son loved it also pools are awesome breakfast was amazing rooms are immaculate brilliant location it’s just got litrally everything you need will defo return with the family thank you for a wonderful stay ☀️😁

A great stay with only a little problem at check-in (remember to take the credit card that you used to book the hotel). Well positioned for both local restaurants and beach plus the bus into Palma city. We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. Excellent breakfast and good buffet dinner.

The hotel has recently been renovated in the last few years and I one of the best value hotels in Mallorca, the rooms are clean and sufficient. the staff are friendly and helpful for all languages and ages. Food in the restaurant is good and varied. the only negative things I would say is don't rely on Wifi as it rarely works or when it does its not very strong - and the reception staff require another person as there were always queues - they are efficient, but with the number of rooms there are a 3rd person would be helpful

Nice hotel, close to beach, rather large, but they take care of everyone. breakfast is good. Not a top level hotel but very good value. Very good entertainment, pool exercise . Good for everyone, including families with small children.

The staff were an absolute pleasure speaking to each day, they always had something going on for activities for children and grown ups alike, breakfast was busy and widely varied affair having something for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect, a moments walk to beach, clubs, food, pirate show(which I can’t wait to rate next), and everything you could possibly need. My wife and I spent many a relaxing day hanging out at the pool and chatting with the bar staff, we won’t ever forget our wonderful experiences at the Sol Guadalupe!
