Lovely hotel ruined by hooligans round the pool. Glass bottles allowed,!! Children at hotel glasses and bottles being smashed chairs thrown into pool, fighting swearing . Inside running riot till 4pm, banging on doors. Do I need to add any more!

Comfortable and clean. Good selection of food. Enjoyable stay

Cooked Breakfast not to good this year.

I went on a group golf trip 1 No kettle in he rooms. 2 Food of a very poor standard I had o eat out and he resort is a dump I will never go to again.

have been coming to Magaluf as a group every May for many years and have used the Guadalupe hotel last three times, suits our needs perfectly. Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms cleaned ,towels changed every day. only stayed b/b, breakfast quite good. pool and pool bar excellent,our average age is 50+ and the hotel is situated far enough away from the "strip" to suit our age group yet close to the beach and some good pubs (Britannia and Piano bar highly recommended). Pool side rooms catch the sun most of the day. the rooms have a fridge but no tea/coffee making facility so if you like an early morning drink, advisable to bring your own kettle. will no doubt be back here again next year.

A really lovely modern hotel, with good food and a good vibe.Only criticism is they were often under staffed at reception but it was during peak summer days. I would stay again :)

Me and hubby came for a two day break the room We were given was a family room with twin Beds which was huge no bath which was a disappointment but shower was big and powerful We only stayed bed abd breakfast but saw food in the evening which was your standard all inclusive breakfast was good with everything you could ask for we just hated the oversized canteen feel of the dining space Drinks were reasonable price but my husband did think the beet was watered down as had kess taste thB when we went to other places Lots of su beds although because of awful. WeAther never got the chance to use them ! Entertainment was ok nothing special singing acts part of the hotel team Would I recommend the hotel ? No as magaluf is a tacky place with cheap nasty restaurants ( not sure I can call Them that !) so for that reason could not recommend and also because of the food area

Had a really nice time, it was clean and staff were friendly, the pools were nice too, would definitely recommend it 👍

Entertainers are top notch! Paddle boarding, pool biking, and do not miss aqua gym. It's the best!
