Sol Guadalupe

First ever holiday with my 5 year old - i went alone so was very apprehensive. Hotel has the BEST staff for kids club - they put their heart and soul into looking after the kids + making sure parents get a break! Very proactive, they came and found me and my daughter immediately on arrival, and then looked for us every time there was an activity - she didn't want to leave, absolutely love the team - special shout out and thanks to Laura, Paula, Andrei and Alvaro for their hard work and heartfelt effort! It's clear they are REALLY good with kids and are not just going through the motions, which I worried about. I had total freedom 11am-1pm, 3-4pm, and then they have a kids disco 8-9pm and an extra movie night once a week for all the kids till 11pm. My daughter had an absolute blast thanks to these guys - and I had time off to myself. There was lots of great activities scheduled during kids club - I did pool bike 'water spin' class (super fun) every day, water aerobics (really fun) and paddleboard class in the morning. Highly recommended. Even the staff at dinner were very relaxed - I needed nail scissors once and one of the waitresses found me a pair-really kind and helpful. It's clear that the hotel has superb training to make both little-and big-guests feel welcome and looked after. The only downside is that (for some reason) the main pool closes at 7 and guests are (gently) asked to leave-I ignored this a couple of times as it frustrated me to stop swimming in sunset :)

Hotel was everything you need. The balcony didn't get any sun and looked over a flat roof. Pool area was lovely and the hotel was just off the strip so reasonably quiet. Would recommend it.

Couldn't knock this hotel- was a bit worried as some of the previous reviews were awful! Lovely pools, close to the strip- and even closer to the beach and bars. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast choices were perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Really love this hotel. Stayed here twice now and always been happy with it. It's quieter than most Magaluf hotels. It's renovated, clean, reasonably priced and a good location. Would stay here again and again.

Great things are the location, the cleanliness and styling of the hotel. Rooms aren't very big, but they are good. Our shower was epic. Breakfast is decent. Pool is great too and the staff do a great job of trying to get you to join in with their fitness activities. Check in is appalling however. Takes forever and they're not very welcoming or helpful.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. My only complaint is the length of time it took to check in. There needs to be more staff on reception as it was always busy

Nice reception area. Lifts all working. Room in good clean state. Bed (which was noisy but comfortable) changed every two days. Bathroom nice size. Towels changed daily. Shower gel provided. Lovely shower. Recommend breakfast. Take your own tea though. Great location. Pool was good - with lifeguard. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed a few times and always enjoyed our stay. very good choice for breakfast and dinner. Will be back next year!!

A nice hotel. Recently refurbished. Good location in very easy reach of the beach. One issue for us was having paid extra for a sea view we felt this was an extra not worthy of the extra spend. The hotel is set back from the beach by quite a way so whilst you can see the sea, it's in the distance

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Room requires repairs, shall balancing on 3 pegs and bathroon extractor not working so would smell. Motown and acrobat entertainment was good. Good hotel and location for short breaks
