Close to all beaches

Overall great stay with my 5 year old son. Hotel is in an ideal location, close to beach, water park and other attractions, shops, restaurants and transport. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, plentiful with a lot of variety for all diets. Bouncy castles were put up for children by the pool which was very nice, plus other entertainment like a magician show and pirate themed party. My only complaint is that on each of the 8 nights we stayed we were woken several times by guests on our floor, most probably drunk, being very loud in front of our room door, shouting, going in and out of each other's rooms slamming the doors, screaming, giggling and playing music on full blast in the early hours which I thought was inconsiderate. I tried dialling Reception on one night when it got too much, at approx 3am, but no answer. On the way to breakfast in the morning with my child we saw a vodka bottle outside a door and a tampon on the floor! Apart from that we otherwise enjoyed our stay, but felt tired each morning.

Nice hotel,good breakfast lots to choose,close to the beach,quite at night so you can sleep,entertainment for kids and adults too,and the staff was amazing,Pablo,Carina,Mario,and all the rest which I can't remember their name but those who serve at lunch time ,they were super nice.Thanks a lot for the lovely time 😊

Overly hotel... Food great... 5mins walk to lovely beach... 5mins walk to pirates adventure.... Massive pool which my daughter loved... And 2kiddies ones

Hotel very good had everything you needed staff so welcoming and pool amazing. Everything you needed was walking distance from the hotel including the beach

This is the 10th time we stayed at this hotel. staff, food, cleanliness as good as ever

Just got back from a week stay at the sol Guadalupe. What a lovely hotel. I stayed in a family room with my toddler and mum. Our room was a double bed in one room and a single in the other. There was also a double sofa bed if needed for bigger families. It was lovely and clean, even under the bed where my son liked to hide things. I loved that there was the different pools we spent our time in the baby pool and the 60cm which is great for kids. The main pool had so many activities going on every day, great for the older guest(as in not kids). There was the kids club every day, my son was too young to attend on his own but they did offer the parents of under 4s to stay with the children so they could join in. The entertainment in the evenings was fab. We especially loved the clowns and acrobats on Friday evening, my face was hurting from laughing so much. All the staff were so friendly and made such an effort with my son. It's personal touches like that which makes the stay better. The only down side I can say is not about the hotel itself but the party animals who when coming in at 4/5 in the morning seem to forget they aren't the only ones in the hotel and all manners and respect for other guests go out the window. It did wake me up every night. My family have stayed at the hotel before in the school holidays and they didn't have this problem though. I will definatley book again but I'll research quieter times.

It was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! Perfect location

The hotel was okay but the room was never cleanned properly they didn’t change the sheets everyday even when they were explicidly dirty. Also the hotel restaurant served pink chicken!!

I will highly recommend this hotel as all the staff are so accommodating. They have cleaners everyday to clean & tidy our room as well as the facilities. During our stay we had a buffet breakfast & buffet dinner it was fantastic! The staff & food were so Lovely👍 We really enjoyed our holiday & during our stay in the hotel. Thank you Sol Guadalupe you really had a great job!👍👍
