Swissôtel Resort El Quseir

Given the location not in the more famous but nearby Hurgada and Marsa Alam we had some doubts about actual reef conditions: cannot make comparisons but it was really amazing. Looots of fishes even in few centimeters of water. And then obviously the pools, but you can see them in the pictures. The whole atmosphere is elegant and relaxed.

Something we would improve is definitely artificial ligth in the room. When the sun goes down it was not even possible to read a book. Maybe not all romms like ours but we only know our. Buffet is abundant but, and here maybe it is just a matter of taste, several of the things had no flavour or too much.

Ich habe möglicherweise ein eher älteres Zimmer bekommen. Das Bad war aus den 90ern und schmutzig mit Zahnputzresten am Waschbeckenabfluss. Das Handtuch, auf dem die Duschgels aufgereiht sind, könnte auch mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Hat einen sehr schmuddeligen Eindruck gemacht. Ebenso die Klobürste. Keine Minibar. Die Zimmertür bietet keinerlei Sicherheit, ebensowenig das Vorhängeschloss, das beim Öffnen der Tür einfach abgerissen ist. Die Sauberkeit am Buffet ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Kaffeemaschine und Heißwasserbehälter sehen von außen eher unappetitlich aus und könnten mal abgewischt werden. Außerhalb des Hotels ist nichts los, man verlässt das Hotelgelände auf eigene Gefahr.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location The food and drinks tasted great The breakfast was varied The staff were attentive and not annoying The room had a sea view and was always clean and professionally arranged by the room man whose name is Abdel Fattah He is friendly and attentive and does his job well I wish you progress and prosperity in your work You are wonderful We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we will come again

The Hotel ist really nice! Eat ist good, Service ist good! The view ist nice! Every one ist super friendly and Abdel Fattah make a great Job and ist a really Kind Person! Next year we will come again and ……………………………………………….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room: clean, big enough, comfortable but not see view. Beach: clean, quite, Dinner: very good service, various Types of foods and delicious

I could not identufy any problem.

Very spacious, nicely furnished room with large balcony and fantastic views. All staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was great. I also liked the quiet, isolated location and the fact that the buildings blended well into the surroundings.Super pools and gym, too.

Just a minor thing, the bedding and bed linen could be a bit more luxurious.

Lovely hotel with delightful staff who go the extra mile - especially Zach and Mahmoud with all the activities around and in the pool. The hotel grounds are beautiful, our bedroom was large and airy with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The bathroom had seen better days but was totally adequate. Food was delicious and plentiful, especially fruit, salads, veg. We had a great time and would certainly recommend. Last year we were at the Movenpick next door, although very charming it is about twice the price so Radisson Blu was a good option.
