Swissôtel Resort El Quseir

This is a very good hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day, great service, good food. They take care of quests and are really nice and helpful. We recommend it especilally for people who look for relax. Abdel Fattah made our room clean every day!- thank you

Great hospitality and very good food.

Absolutely beautiful . An amazing amount of activities to do, from diving, gym, horseriding, spa, and even if all you do is simply buy or bring a snorkel and sea shoes as I did, you can float in the water and marvel at the amount of beautiful fish there are! You can stay in water less than 2m deep and see an incredible amount of fish. Ahmed the salesman for the spa is also a great asset as is all the staff bar none, management, everyone was great. The chefs were kind and went out of their way to present food beautifully. Clean. Really can’t complain.

I honestly loved it all. Literally the only thing that popped to mind was that sometimes I had to ask for tahini and onions as they were not on the buffet (then staff bought them to me often decorated

The food is very good, although the selection is a bit limited. The staff was helpful, although not exceptional. Alcoholic drinks from the all inclusive menu have almost 0 alcohol. A plus for arranging lunchboxes for us at short notice.

Sicher, sauber, calm. Am Strand. Diving center der Nähe.

We stay 10 nights and are very happy with our room boy Abdelftaah, who is service us all the time on a high level. He was always helpful and fulfill all our wishes! We recommed this hotel to our friends for a future stay. We surely think about to come back again.

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated

Only buffet, no al a carte restaurant. The food was very boring. We stayed over New Year and the had an extra charge of 100 USD for dinner not including drinks. The food was good on New Year’s Eve, but not for the price. We felt like the staff all the time tried to get money out of you. Some of the waiters were very impolite and the housekeepers came 2-3 times a day to ask if the cleaning was ok = they wanted more tips.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The facilities are a bit old and need some maintenance. There are not enough vegan options. Vegan doesn't mean veggies, salads and legumes only. The SPA Hammam and Sauna need absolute maintenance. We were staying for the Xmas holidays and for the Xmas evening we were obligated to either choose a Xmas dinner (no menu) or room service, even though we had an all inclusive. These things should be mentioned in advance.
