O atendimento da equipe é primoroso. A roupa de cama e banho são confortáveis, e o café da manhã delicioso. A localização é ótima.

Como o prédio do hotel é antigo o cheiro de madeira é muito presente pra quem tem alergia.

Localização, instalações porém alguns pontos de atenção: Internet de baixa qualidade/ instável; não consegui usar a TV nem com ajuda do funcionário. Os funcionários são bem educados mas parece faltar treinamento

This is an excellent hotel located right in the historic center of Paraty and walking distance from everything in the town including the marina where the boat trips leave. The building itself is quite beautiful, really fitting the Portuguese colonial style of the city with nice art spread throughout the building and at the same time modern and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many nice choices. There are also 2 small pools a small gym and sauna and jacuzzi, so it is well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. They also help you with your bags through the cobblestone streets to where you need to get your transfer. I would recommend staying here in Paraty.

É um lugar incrível com tudo no quadrado mágico, que é o quarteirão do hotel, tem muitas facilidades como sorveteria, diferentes restaurantes, SPA, loja de roupa, loja de artesanatos, fora toda estrutura do hotel com piscina, jacuzzi, bar e etc. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo muito bom e pensado com carinho! Espero voltar mais vezes

The location is very good, in the middle of one of Paraty's main streets. The hotel is simply gorgeous, well preserved colonial house tastefully updated to respect the history and provide comfort Breakfast was fantastic, very complete. They also provide complementarity afternoon tea Most of all the service, everyone was so kind and helpful

Not directly related to the hotel, but there is a group of street vendors right outside the hotel who sell a trinket that makes bird sounds, which they use all day. While not terrible, after some time it does become annoying to listen to.
