Magnifique chambre avec belle grande salle de bains avec toilettes haut de gamme toutes options. Le personnel très sympathique. La dame de l’accueil parle français. Nous avons reçu des bons pour dl’excellentes glaces et un cocktail. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons vivement. Meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait lors de notre séjour.

Prédio antigo tem seus problemas. Embora a manutenção seja boa, há problemas hidráulicos que precisa resolver melhor. Por exemplo, a ducha higiênica, que deve ter sido instalada décadas depois da construção, era totalmente ineficaz, de tão fraca. Precisaria instalar junto um pressurizador ou um encanamento vindo de altura maior.

The property has an excellent location and it’s a heritage building. The breakfast is very good and the selection is great.

The property is listed as a 4 star hotel. However, it feels like somewhat of a “hybrid”, as it has elements of a 5 star quality. (And honestly the price is 5 star!) Following suggestions are intended for Sandi to become a luxury boutique hotel: - provide a few bottles of complimentary water in the room - a water boiler/cattle + tea in the room ( in addition to coffee) - the in-room safety deposit box is antique and needs to be replaced - Kleenex is a must in every hotel bathroom. Having to use toilet tissue somehow feels odd. - Room 106 had the electrical sockets behind the bed head. Guest, generally, charge their phones next to the bed head, which is impossible in 106. Easy and inexpensive to fix by moving the sockets. - small face towels in the bathroom would certainly be a big plus for female travelers. Especially since 106 doesn’t have a hand held shower. - a good selection of wine by the glass needs to be made available at the bar. The current wine list is not very helpful.

We have been to Sandi many times in the last 27 years and were amazed and disappointed over these three decades. Now we are much more picky and were amazed with the hotel.
