Great location and loved the spa bath. Free breakfast for guests

Floor in room a bit dirty with lots of stains, a little musty smelling (resolved by leaving window open) place in general is a bit older (as expected). Mainly the stains on the carpeting made me uncomfortable. Other than that great price.

Beautiful gardens, friendly staff, clean room charming room, complimentary breakfast (better than most chain hotels) and they honored my request to an early check in.

My room on 4th floor and didn’t realize no elevator. I had a heavy suitcase, struggled to make up the stairs. Another guest had fallen on the step trying to bring luggage down. Bed not very comfortable.

Food and grounds are always amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The room we stayed in was dated and plain. The bed was hard as a rock and the linens felt cheap.
