everything was absolutely wonderful

Lovely spot, especially if you love old stone houses! Wonderful value and a perfect location for us in between Bucks County and Philadelphia, with easy access to all. Generous, delicious breakfast, vintage charm, lovely grounds. We were there in early winter, so couldn't spend much time outside, but facilities were set up for weddings and other gatherings.

Only issue was that the heat didn't work properly in the room to which we were first assigned, but the front desk immediately resolved the issue by moving us to an equally comfortable room across the hall, where the heat worked perfectly.

We love this property, have stayed many many times when returning to the area. The main building and bar area are extremely nice and well-maintained. The staff are amazing and attentive.

Our shower didn’t look great - it was clean but showed the results of what I’m guessing was heavy use. Also we weren’t aware that the wonderful cooked breakfast was no longer prepared mid-week. Based on this, the price we paid for our room was higher than I would have paid had I known the breakfast was pre-packaged foods.

Several buildings set on a beautiful piece of property. All the staff were lovely. The restaurant served delicious food.

No phones in room so you couldn’t easily call down to reception desk. Also, no refrigerator in room.

We visit the same time each year and never disappointed
