Lovely inn with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The owner texted very clear and helpful instructions for my stay. I stayed in the Damon room - a very comfortable room with en-suite. The shared lounges and kitchen were clean and well stocked with flatware and cups and cooking utensils. There is a coffee machine with a selection of teas and coffee. The inn is a short walk to a number of restaurants, cafes and the Great Lakes Brewing Company, as well as a short taxi ride into downtown Cleveland.

"Great location in beautiful neighborhood close to shops and restaurants."

There is no breakfast, just a communal kitchen. They offer tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Perfect location to both I71 and I90. Close to the West Side Market, shops and restaurants. In a beautiful neighborhood very close to downtown Cleveland. Gated parking in the back of the Inn is a plus.

The hot water in the shower takes time to heat up.

The couch in Tipton was not comfortable. We were only given 1 wash cloth for 2 people.

I enjoy the whole place. The tall bed, the easy entrance, game area, common place on first floor. The lounge area outside was a nice touch.

Heavy luggage and a lot of stairs.

"Nice place to stay when visiting Cleveland"

The room was very cozy and comfortable. I liked the neighborhood. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance and the area feels relatively safe. It's in a historic residential neighborhood.
