Location excellent, just a short walk to St James theatre and Queen Street. Beds were so comfortable and room was clean and lovely. Attached to the Weta workshop and All Blacks experience too. Parking easy at the sky city carpark then across o the Grand.

Nice central location and clean.

Booked a suite and neither tv was working properly so had to get a team member up to fix. Then there was no bottle opener in the room so couldn’t open the mini bar bottles, so again I had to call reception. Room service menu is pretty weak and along with the quality of the food. Gym is small and very basic.

Location is great, Restaurants associated with the hotel are amazing. Had the room next to us party all night, the hotel staff were apologetic and gave us some free items .

Nothing to do with the hotel but our neighbours weeee loud all night
