Everything - no asylum here either which was great

Comfortable sitting areas. Large room with comfortable chairs.

Double bed, would have preferred a king size bed. My dietary requirements were not adhered to at first.

The staff,friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely.

The bed made a terrible noise we barely slept. The bathroom was in desperate need of DIY and it smelled of sewage there were hairs on the floor and in the bath. Otherwise it was clean,the cleaner maybe needs to wear glasses and pay attention to detail. The carpets in communal areas were there is heavy footfall were very dirty. Maybe a carpet shampooing job for during the night? Despite this,the staff were great and we paid a bargain price.

Really nice room at a good price, they have a resturant and a coffee/snack bar, very large reception with plenty of area to eat and drink.

Bathroom mouldy and smelt like blocked drain

The bathroom was nice and the room was clean. Staff were helpful and apologetic.

I was told there was air con and when we arrived 2 hours later told that where they booked me into the air con didn’t work. Had 2 nights in a hot room due to the heatwave. They finally moved us to another section that was air conditioned. The breakfast seemed like it was cooked hours before we ate it. Hash browns dry, scrambled egg dry and tasteless.
