Lovely view from window. Beds were comfortable.

Extractor fan did not work in bathroom, we were told that 24 hour room service was unavailable, mark in bath, mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, lock on bathroom door was not finished properly, bits of wood missing from bottom of lamps.

Bed comfy

They don’t tell you that car park is limited or that they charge £7 per sight. I am disabled yet no monitoring is carried out on cars hogging disabled bays. The car park attendant, when asked for help, was very belligerent. Very limited amt of coffee etc in room
