Location and the cleanliness

The staff are in need of some training,bar staff were being covered by waiters that didn’t know where to find the correct glasses nor the correct wine. Maintenance was promptly provided for a leaking toilet

Clean comfortable room, having the option when booking to be half board made our stay easier. Lovely pub next door.

Staff didn't understand what we had booked. No knowledge of half board or the price cap on meals within being half board. Evening meal was lovely, breakfast was OK, small selection.

来出差的。位置还行，附近吃的挺多，毕竟艾尔也不大。距离海岸线走走也几分钟也能到，很安静的一座小城市。

海鸥太吵了，每天早上5，6年就叽叽喳喳个不停。

Nice place, very clean and staff were great very friendly. The hotel gym was a nice surprise, not typical hotel gym but a perfect gym.
