Good shower

Room wasnt cleaned every day

I was staying because I had a medical procedure at a nearby facility and knew I'd benefit from having a room with a small kitchenette that would allow me to do what I needed to very early in the AM, since restaurants and stores would be closed. But I also liked the availability of drawers and closet space that let me organize what I needed to for the procedure, before my appointment and afterwards. I would stay there again should I need to be in the area for a future happening, whether that's a concert, game, or other event happening in the South Bay area.

Clean hotel, staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Nice, modern feel to this property. The room was great, the complimentary breakfast was also very nice. It is next to downtown Campbell, which is a nice little area.

Very nice hotel; clean; staff was friendly and helpful; within walking distance to restaurants and a park..beautiful area. This is the second time we have stayed there..will do so again.

The window blind rod fell off when we tried to close it, the tub faucet broke, they moved us to a different room to find hair in the bed. The hotel is outdated and need remodeling. Cleanliness is an issue too.

I liked the cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff.

The room was two-bedrooms with a small living area and kitchen. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable.

The pull out bed in the living area was VERY hard. They provided a thin mattress cover but it didn’t provide much padding. Bring a pad of your own if you plan to use the pull out.

The sofa bed not very comfortable..lingering smell in the floor level outside the rooms but rooms are ok..
