Great customer service

Good location, nice spacious room, breakfast was not horrible. Waffles were good. Staff was super kind.

Not great noise insulation and the curtains didn’t have enough privacy/ability to block out sunlight. We could hear people walking around above us and people in other rooms.

Very nice rooms

The location is great. The facilities and the rooms are newly renovated, super clean and very comfortable.

The included breakfast was okay. The sofa bed in the standard room is pretty hard when it opens as a bed. It’s difficult to sleep on.

The hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness, location and maid service. However, the front desk clerk was rude, didn't explain deposit costs and became surly when we asked questions. Did not provide information on breakfast and when asked later on he gave us the wrong hours. To be clear this was the older clerk, not the young one who was very friendly.

Awesome free breakfast. Quiet, comfortable and close to family over the holidays. Love having my private kitchen with all the gadgets
