H10 Conquistador

We went in February 2026. The staff was all rude. The food was poor cold and not warm not much choice and no fruit at all or much choice of food. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and got to say the communication here is shocking. You can’t have any inflatables or balls I’m the pool at all times there is a grumpy oldish life guard walking round the pool telling little baby’s about 2 off for holding a ball and told them to get it out the pool it was shocking I didn’t spend time at the pool hardly because of this and decided to go the beach instead as it was not a nice atmosphere . The entertainment was awful. Tenerife it self was good a d nice walk along the front.

Lovely hotel with great views looking out to sea. The junior suite was very nice and very clean, even the balcony. The sea view double room was also very clean and fresh. Can't fault the food and never a problem getting a sunbed. We are water drinkers and unfortunately the water machine is not available during lunch or dinner. We had to buy a lot of bottles! The reception staff are very efficient and helpful. The entertainment was very popular and well attended. We will definitely choose this Hotel in the near future.

Spent 10 days in the H10 Conquistador on a privilege all-inclusive basis, were allocated room 702 which was clean , spacious and had a wonderful view , with the privilege package we used the restaurants nearly every night , food quality was high standard and a great variety, service was amazing so many staff on hand to ensure guest's were looked after . The hotel is in a great location, just next to the Golden Mile . But the main factor to me booking this hotel again is the staff, they are pleasant, polite, hard working , and organised, they are a credit to the H10 group , well done all for giving us a remarkable experience

Het hotel is helaas verouderd. Daarbij worden ook op het Privilege dakterras de bedjes geclaimd door het leggen van handdoeken. De douche ruimte is de laatste jaren wel vernieuwd en was op zich prima, maar de kamers zijn echt aan renovatie toe. Ook de privilege kamers. Ik denk dat mijn verwachtingen misschien te hoog waren. Het was een aantal jaar geleden dat ik hier was en dan merk je het verschil met de modernere hotels.

My wife and I travelled from London and stayed at H10 Conquistador from 5th to 10th May 2026 to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary — and what a wonderful choice it was! We returned home with truly beautiful memories and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We are already certain that we will return again very soon. It is very easy for me to say that everything was absolutely excellent from beginning to end. We booked a Privilege Room, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The room was beautiful, spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a perfect direct sea view exactly as we had hoped for. The bathroom was very new, elegant, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, with the room kept spotless and perfectly maintained every day. Every morning, waking up to the sound and view of the ocean felt incredibly special. The hotel itself is fantastic. The pools are large, beautiful, and very well maintained — especially the infinity pool overlooking the sea, which became one of our favorite places to relax. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful, elegant, and welcoming. We also loved the poolside area and snack bar, which were always clean, well organized, and very enjoyable. The Privilege Lounge was another lovely part of the experience, offering a relaxing atmosphere, drinks, snacks, and a peaceful space to unwind during the day. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness facilities, which were very relaxing, clean, and well maintained, adding even more comfort to our stay. The restaurants were another highlight of our stay. The breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, fresh omelettes prepared to guests’ preferences, high-quality ingredients, and a great variety of choices. The à la carte restaurants were absolutely wonderful, especially the Italian restaurant and the Steak House, where we enjoyed some truly memorable evenings. The evening entertainment was also fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Every night there was a different professional show or live entertainment in the hotel area, creating a wonderful atmosphere where guests could relax, enjoy themselves, and have a great time together. It added so much fun and energy to our evenings and made the overall experience even more special. The location of the hotel is excellent, with direct access to the beach, lovely walks along the seafront, and easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything nearby. What made this stay even more special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Rebecca Gordijn and Ms. Laura Ramirez, who kindly helped us before our arrival and made sure we received the exact Privilege Room we had hoped for. Their professionalism, care, and attention truly made our anniversary unforgettable. A very special thank you also goes to Rafael, who welcomed us warmly on arrival with genuine kindness and a wonderful smile. He explained all the Privilege facilities so professionally and made us feel comfortable and valued from the very first moment. Thank you once again to the entire H10 Conquistador team for making our 45th wedding anniversary such a memorable and joyful experience. We left with happy hearts, beautiful memories, and a strong desire to come back again very soon. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had — highly recommended. Nejad
