H10 Conquistador

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We've stayed at H10 Palmeras before, but Conquistador surpassed our expectations in every way. The level of service, attention to detail, and kindness from the team was simply exceptional. We were completely surprised and delighted to receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite with a sea view — such a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more special. Every single day has been a joy. Whether it was the incredible pool team, the restaurant staff, reception, housekeeping, or the entertainment team, everyone played a part in making our holiday unforgettable. Although we didn't manage to catch everyone's names, every member of staff deserves recognition and praise. What makes this hotel truly special isn't just the beautiful surroundings—it's the people. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. The General Manager should be immensely proud of such an extraordinary team. Thank you, Conquistador team, for creating memories we'll cherish for a long time. You've made this holiday truly magical, and we leave with grateful hearts. We are beyond impressed and cannot wait to return. ❤️

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are so friendly but also very professional at what they do, and I mean from cleaners right through to senior management, well done one and all. Try Menceys at lunch time for a lighter lunch and cracking atmosphere. Steak house, Italian and bars all were great.

Superb service, room was upgraded to junior Suite with seaview without request, it was a very nice surprise. This is our second time saying with H10 in Tenerife, comparing to H10 Palmeras it is way way better in terms of service and rooms, all staff are so friendly, service in pool bar was outstanding, compliments to all pool bar team, didn't catch the names but all fantastic. Keep it up!!!

I rated this hotel 3 stars due to a horrible experience with one of their security guard. The said guard put his hand in front of my face and told me he's not interested whilst I was talking, when I was trying to explain that another couple who he was very rude to were only asking for help. The receptionist were like robots and not interested to support. The GRO gave us vouchers as an apology gesture to use the indoor pool which was useless as they gave them to us the night before our early flight departure. Apart from that, me and my husband found this hotel okish. All inclusive option is good but surprised that some other restaurants in the hotel are not included. The coffee shop downstairs is included from 17.00 onwards. The drinks bar on reception level is great. They serveds branded drinks which was appreciated. Dinner buffet is repetitive. Most of the cold dishes have been in and out of display for few days and some did not look fresh. Our room with balcony and partial seaview is good. the hotel's location is good, not in busy area but an easy walk to the strip and beach. The only friendly staff was the lady at the coffee shop. Ok hotel but will not use again in Tenerife

The rooms were a perfect size extremely clean, great size bathroom and shower, amazing view of the pool facilities and the beach from the balcony. The location was perfect no taxis needed and a handful of great restaurants just outside the hotel. Staff always smiling and helpful if you needed anything. We used the breakfast facilities on the last day and it was great!

Nos encantó las piscinas, sobretodo la infinita/climatizada, el spa está super bien también. El bufet la comida está super bien, el personal muy bien, se me olvidó mi traje tendido en una hamaca, y le pregunté a un socorrista por el, y justo lo había guardado, y lo recuperé.

Úžasná poloha a skvělý bazén, ale pokoj a jídlo neodpovídají vysoké ceně Tento hotel má naprosto úžasnou polohu přímo u pláže a cesta z letiště trvá pouhých 18 minut, což je skvělé. Bazén byl perfektní a příjemně vyhřívaný. Velkou pochvalu si zaslouží také personál, který byl po celou dobu velice milý a nápomocný. Bohužel zbytek pobytu zaostával za očekáváním. Pokoje byly opravdu malinké a klimatizace nefungovala – spíše jen sloužila jako ventilace, která honila dokola teplý vzduch. Dalším zklamáním bylo jídlo v rámci polopenze. Výběr byl velice chudý a celkově bylo stravování slabší. Za cenu 1680 EUR za týden pro 2 osoby s polopenzí jsme čekali od 4* hotelu mnohem více. Poměr ceny a kvality za tyto služby je za nás přemrštěný a znovu bychom tento hotel nezvolili. Perfect location and pool, but small rooms and overpriced The location is amazing, right by the beach and only 18 minutes from the airport. The pool was great and well-heated, and the staff was very kind and helpful. However, the rest was disappointing. The rooms were very small and the air conditioning didn't work properly—it just circulated warm air like a fan. The food was weak with a very poor selection. We paid 1,680 EUR for a one-week stay for 2 people with half board, which is overpriced for the quality of services provided. We expected much more.
