The pool area, food, the room.

The hotel needed a ballroom for night activities. The shows in the evening were very loud. Some people couldn't rest or sleep until midnight, especially those with children.

Todo! Nos gustó TODO, desde las comidas en todos los restaurantes dentro del hotel, la atención fue excepcional, empezando por los Privilege hosts, Sandrine y Raphael, las actividades y shows, y las instalaciones!

Hemos acudido en una despedida de diez personas y no podemos estar más que agradecidas al hotel por todo, por su buena disposición incluso antes de llegar, en todos los detalles y mimos que han tenido con nosotras, la comida muy variada y deliciosa, todas las atenciones de todo el personal, en particular en recepción que nos han tratado de una manera excelente, haciendo nuestra estancia muchísimo más feliz, tanto yo como el resto de personas que hemos ido, me reitero, muchísimas gracias a todos el personas del H10 Conquistador. La comida para todos los gustos y bien hecha - bebidas, cócteles, combinados variados- piscina climatizada, hamacas cómodas - habitaciones modernas, cómodas, limpias y con cafetera y nevera - spa muy completo y relajante - cuidan al cliente con detalle y siempre una sonrisa, personal de 10!

The last time I came to Tenerife I visited this hotel, this was pre Covid I had an okay stay but was let down by a few points which I had made a review about. Few years later I decided to come back to Tenerife with my 4 year old and didn’t realise I had booked the same hotel until I arrived at the lobby and it looked very familiar and I thought oh no! But I had such a lovely stay this time no faults on anything. Staff are lovely, location is lovely, lots of space around the children’s pool although we did arrive at the end of the Easter holidays so this may have played a part. We arrived early and I didn’t realise check in was 2pm which was fine I was happy to sit and wait, they gave me and my daughter a complimentary drink and then the room was made available much earlier than expected. The room was nice and comfortable, this time I stayed in a smaller room which was a double room with a sea view and balcony which was big enough for just me and my daughter and preferred a sea view as the evening entertainment would have been a bit loud for my daughter to go to sleep. We stayed half board which worked for us as we were always out and about during lunch time so breakfast and dinner was perfect. Food was great, lots of choice and lots of seating and staff are great too. I’ll come back the next time we go to Tenerife for sure

La piscina y las vistas al mar

We had the best time at the Hotel Conquistador! We had 3 rooms all on the same floor, we were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. The staff all worked extremely hard to ensure had a great holiday. Rooms cleaned every day, food was wonderful, we went all inclusive, coffee shop was fab, the pool bar was amazing and not forgetting the van near the infinity pool, the bar staff at the pool couldn’t do enough for you . Entertainment was great. Kids enjoyed the evening entertainment something for every age. We were very lucky to be able to join in the celebration of canary day, fantastic! Dancing, food, drinks you and great display of what the locals make and their history. We had a birthday celebration dinner in the Teppanyaki restaurant , the host made it fun and the food was delicious. My sister and son flew in from Australia to stay with us and weren’t disappointed. We will be back soon !
