Este un hotel pentru nefumatori, nu au precizat ca nu se poate fuma nici pe balcon, apa rece in piscina principala, apa calda doar la adulti dar fara loc de fumat.In plus persinalul avea grija sa ne spuna reguli dar fara doeinta de a ne face sejurul placut.Nu aveam cum sa beau o cafea si sa fumez de dimineata.Oribil.

staff a rude ! Unhelpful, treat everyone like prisoner getting in and out of the complex, stayed in loads of hotels and work in travel and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Rooms you can swing a cat in and your not allowed to smoke on balcony, no water provide on half board basis understand coke or alcohol but water !!!!!!

First day was only giving half of the welcome pack and drinks fridge was empty , staff are petrified of mangement , Went to lunch as we where half board to be told water is not included you must pay for water with your lunch ( never heard of this rule ever ) then to be told by the guest service people, you can have tap water but it does not agree with most people ? Then to be told there is water round the pool area but you carnt bring it to the restaurant ( why say it ) Day 2 my wife asked if we could bring my daughter into the hotel to surprise me her being here , to be told no sorry this hotel does not do this ( fair enough) my wife then pointed out it’s not on the website and made a suggestion to may be put it on to the young lady who was on the front desk , as we where talking the 2nd manager cut the young lady short and started screaming his head off infront of all the people checking in ( never seen anything like it ) I asked him to calm down , he then got worse , I asked for his name he said his name was THANKYOU ? he’s eyes where bulging from his head and lips where trembling, we reported him and received a email basically saying we are sorry for his actions and we will deal with him internally, hope you enjoy the rest of our stay , Last day no pure orange for breakfast and coffee machines not working , Feel for all staff in this hotel , there look petrified,
