I really enjoyed the entertainment program and the kids' club program. The Roman day was especially interesting. The animators and staff were great.

The rooms are seriously lacking furniture. There's nowhere to dry towels. The drying rack on the balcony is tiny. The wardrobe is very small. There were three of us in the room, and there was nowhere to put our clothes. Could they at least put some kind of shelf or hooks?

We stayed for one week half board at this family friendly hotel. Overall we had a good experience, rooms were relatively clean albeit a little small for the 3 of us, was bit of a squeeze but we spend most of the day outside so not so bad. Fantastic location and good choice of facilities. Food was really good with a varied selection on offer, fairly good layout and separation of types of food (minimal cross contamination if you have specific dietary requirements) Friendly staff and good kids entertainment team, our child loved the mini disco. A couple of cons, entertainment is very loud and goes on until late, there is no sound proofing so don’t expect to get to sleep before 11.00pm The kids pool is super tiny and is the only place that children can play with any type of floats or balls. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel is advertised as 4 star and to be honest the photos are fantastic hotel looks luxurious and expectations were high. On arrival big let down the hotel is at least a 3 star.

Hotel had a great location. Good proximity to beaches, dive and surf schools! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Adults only pool was a great addition and we enjoyed the spa.

The food in the restaurants was fine but sometimes a little lacking. The entertainement was a little much sometimes, we wanted to relax in peace by the pool and the animation was disturbing, and in the evening it would go late.

Desde la atención del personal, siempre amable y profesional, hasta las instalaciones, la limpieza y el ambiente general, todo ha superado mis expectativas. Se nota el cuidado por cada detalle y el compromiso con ofrecer un servicio de calidad.

Como pequeño comentario constructivo, me gustaría señalar que durante mi estancia las duchas de la zona de piscina no estaban funcionando. Es un detalle que, aunque no resta valor al conjunto de la experiencia, sí considero importante para la comodidad y el servicio que ofrecen a los clientes.

De receptie bij ontvangst: niet echt heel vriendelijk, was miscommunicatie over vol pension, maar kregen niet echt uitleg/toegifte. Terwijl er wel degelijk ook fout was gebeurd. Daarnaast geen extra info over wifi, hotelfaciliteiten.. (waren dit vergeten, bleek achter) Enkel de rekening betalen dat moesten we doen en voor de rest alles zelf uitzoeken. Het inchecken kon pas om 15u terwijl op booking 14u staat. Ze gingen ons bellen als kamer klaar was, niet gebeurd, zijn dan maar zelf naar receptie gegaan. Ik kreeg link via mail om hotel te beoordelen maar deze werkte niet, dan nog maar eens gaan vragen. Ik krijg de indruk dat het hotel een goede naam heeft opgebouwd en dan nu maar denkt dat ze geen moeite meer moeten doen. Vroeger was het echt klantvriendelijk, dat is echt niet meer.

Be warned…Do not stay in this hotel , the hotel seems to be run by people who are only concerned about you sticking to the hotels strict policies , the reception and front of house staff are rude , uncooperative, unprofessional, unhelpful not what you would expect when you are paying to stay somewhere, if you want the room cleaned you have to ask , the rooms are tired and shabby, the bedding was damp, the WiFi doesn’t work the TV’s are approximately 20 years old and not smart TV’s when you’ve paid approximately £300 a night for bed and breakfast it’s shocking, this hotel doesn’t deserve to stay in business with shocking customer service and tired facilities , we used to stay here 20 years ago and apart from a fresh coat of white paint everywhere it’s still the same… entertainment is now outside which booms sound round the whole hotel so if you want and early or quiet night forget it as this goes on until 10pm ..I asked the reception about the noise and they said check the board for times of entertainment..? absolutely terrible experience would not recommend …
